EAST HADDAM, CT — Police said an East Haddam man has been charged with <a href="https://www.middletownpress.com/middletown/article/East-Haddam-man-charged-for-swastika-graffiti-12604184.php" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">allegedly drawing two swastikas on an ATM</a>, the Middletown Press reported. The incident occurred Jan. 12, and the suspect was arrested Saturday, police said. Police said Reid Keener, 26, is charged with drawing the graffiti on a Liberty Bank ATM in permanent marker, according to the Middletown Press.
