EHSC Presents One-Woman Show In Hartford

The has announced that its one-woman show, featuring actress Stephanie Jackson, will be taking the stage in Hartford on Friday, June 8.

According to an email to Patch, the show begins at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Mark Twain House and Museum.

The production, entitled They Called Me Lizzy...from Slavery to the White House, digs into the life of Elizabeth Keckly--a woman born into slavery who grows up to become a confidante of Mary Todd Lincoln.
