Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Killingworth Vandalized
Damage to the church is estimated at about $1000.
Sometime during the hours of 11 p.m. on April 15 and 9 a.m. on April 16, the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, located at 50 Emmanuel Church Road in Killingworth, was vandalized.
The damage, according to police, appears to have been caused by rocks being thrown at the church building, damaging the building's siding, windows and shutters.
Damage is estimated to be at about $1000.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact Trooper Matlock at Troop F in Westbrook at 860-399-2100 ext. 8030.
The Emmanuel Episcopal Church is also known as The Little Church in the Wilderness.
