Curious Creatures

The Haddam-Killingworth Recreation Department is offering a unique program this summer. Children will learn about and get to see a variety of exotic animals such as a tarantula, scorpion, tree frog, baby alligator, chinchilla, and a hedgehog. There will also be a variety of lizards including a dragon, iguana, and gecko as well as a variety of snakes including a python and a boa constrictor. The presentation is hands-on, interactive, educational and entertaining.
The program is for boys and girls ages 3 – 7 and meets on Thursday, July 19th from 9:30 - 10:30 am at the HK HS Cafeteria.
