Michelle Pouliot, top naturopathic physician specializing in women’s health care, will be speaking on osteoporosis and yoga at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 3l Main Street, East Haddam, on Saturday, October l3th, at 2:00 p.m.Β  Suggested donation is $l0. Β Refreshments will be served.


Osteoporosis is a silent condition that affects 200 million worldwide, 50% of all women and 25% of all men over the age of 50.

Certified yoga instructor, Geraldine Lombard, will be demonstrating yoga techniques.


For the past 20 years, Dr. Pouliot’s practice has focused on helping omen with hormonal issues such as PMS, endometriosis, menopause syndrome, osteoporosis and weight management.Β  She has been an adjunct
professor at UCONN.Β  In the past years, she has taught full day seminars to physicians throughout the U.S. on the topic of naturopathic approaches to menopause, reproductive health and osteoporosis.Β  In September 20ll, she opened a private practice in New Hartford, CT.Β
