Fill this Spot: The Former Corner Family Restaurant

This buiding has housed a few different restaurants over the years. I remember back when it was the Hale N' Hearty. Its most recent owners had re-opened it as The Corner Family Restaurant. And, somewhere in there it was Nino's and Bistro by Benino. I can't quite remember in what order or who revovated it when.

The property is currently empty...what would you like to see move in here? Another restaurant, maybe? A coffee house? Or, perhaps something completely different?
