Former Haddam Senior Center Director Arrested
A harassment investigation began while she was still in charge of the senior center, police said.
HADDAM, CT — Former Senior Center Director Suzanne Wintsch, 38, was arrested after an investigation into a May incident, according to police.
She was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident, interfering with police, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment by State Police Troop F, according to court records. She was also charged with second-degree harassment by Madison Police for a June 5 offense, records show.
She was arrested by warrant after a harassment investigation that started when she was still director of the Haddam Senior Center, according to the Middletown Press.
