July 12, 2012
William Smith, age 44, of 3 Westwood Drive in Moodus was arrested and charged with reckless driving, drinking while operating a motor vehicle and driving under the influence. Smith was released on a $1000 bond and scheduled to appear in Middletown Court on 7/25/2012.
