Haddam/Killingworth Community Conversations about Mental Health
One in four people are diagnosed with a mental illness. It affects all of us! Join the conversation and make a difference!!!
On Tuesday April 21, April 28, and May 5th, the Region II Regional Mental Health board is sponsoring Community Conversations about Mental Health for the Haddam Killingworth communities. Those who have been diagnosed, family members and friends of those diagnosed, first responders, town and school employees, clergy, and all concerned residents are welcome to attend. The goal of these conversations is to identify resources and support services in place in our communities as well as set an action plan to see that those diagnosed and their families have access to quality support and services. There is no fee and a light dinner will be served. Al conversations will be held at St. Lawrence C Attendees are asked to attend all three conversations and pre registration is necessary by calling 860-262-5027 or emailing kwthcommunityconversations@yahoo.com.
