HKHS Project Graduation

HKHS PROJECT GRADUATION Seniors- if you haven’t responded to your invitation for Project Graduation, there is still time to RSVP to come even up until that night. Come enjoy the fun and bring home some prizes!! Decorations Set up Volunteers needed for Decorations Setup, please see our decorating schedule: Set up : Thursday June 20, 6:30 pm - 9 p.m.- Moving all our creations and decorations into the auxiliary gym Friday June 21, noon until 6 -Decorating in gym and auxiliary gym Saturday June 22 9 am - 4 pm - Decorating in gym and auxiliary gym – Sunday June 23 9 am - 4 pm Decorating in gym and auxiliary gym - may go later if need be till finished Monday June 24 8:30 till we are done! - pool lobby and field house entrance. We need lots of help for set up - if you can come even for an hour or two, you will be most appreciated. Anyone who can bring ladders, staple guns, please do so. Students, other than seniors, are welcome to help. All students should bring a community service hours form with them if they are seeking community service hours. Chaperones needed: We need some more chaperone volunteers on June 24, 2013. (Parents, Students looking for Community Service hours) Attn: HK Class 2013 Parents Each year the Project Graduation Decorating Committee dedicates a section of the gym to a "memory wall" and we want to be sure your son or daughter is included. The kids enjoy reminiscing and seeing photos of each other and their years together. The photos can be individual or group shots and may be submitted as either 4 x 6 prints and put in our mailbox at the High School or by email to Kaycee Blancaflor at KCCallahan@uks.com or Dara Senechal at senapeed@sbcglobal.net . Please submit no more than 6 photos of your child; we are unable to return any of the pictures you give us since they will be part of the decorations that night. All photos must be received by Friday, June 15th. Feel free to email any questions you may have to the above address also. We appreciate your help in making this a special night!!"
