HADDAM, CT - A Haddam man was arrested in Middletown Friday night after he was intoxicated and neglecting to take care of a 7-year-old girl, according to <a href="http://www.wfsb.com/story/36998094/pd-intoxicated-man-with-7-year-old-girl-falls-asleep-in-middletown-movie-theater" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WFSB-3.</a> Frank Russo Jr., 31, apparently fell asleep during the movie and the child couldn't wake him up after the movie ended.
