Update: Jeep Rollover in Haddam Leaves Passenger in Critical Condition
Devin Gannon of Higganum and Johnathan Linko of East Haddam were injured in the crash.

Update:
According to state police, the early morning accident occured when the driver, Devin Gannon, age 27, of 3 Parker Hill Road, Higganum lost control of the 1992 Jeep Wrangler he was driving. Gannon was heading southbound on Beaver Meadow Road in Haddam and veered into the northbound lane when he lost control of the vehicle, striking a utility pole and snapping it in half.
The Jeep rolled over onto the driver's side before coming to a stop. Haddam Fire Company responded to the accident at 5:09 a.m. and were assisted by Haddam Ambulance, two Middlesex Hospital Paramedics, CT State Police and CL&P.

Gannon was taken to Hartford Hospital where he was treated and has been released, according to the hospital.
The vehicle's passenger, Johnathon Linko, 27, of 221 Town St., East Haddam was also transported to Hartford Hospital. Linko, according to the hospital, is still listed in critical condition.

At 5:09am this morning Haddam Fire responded to a one vehicle rollover on Beaver Meadow Road in Haddam. Firefighters found a Jeep that had rolled over ejecting two occupants. Both were men in their late 20's. Both were transported with serious injuries to Hartford Hospital, one by Lifestar. Haddam Fire was assisted by Haddam Ambulance, two Middlesex Hospital Paramedics, CSP, and CL&P. Power lines were on the street live as a pole was taken down. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
