Killingworth Man who Sold Government Property Yet to Enter Plea
The man allegedly sold computers belonging to the city of Middletown to fund his startup.

The Killingworth man who sold property belonging to Middletown to fund his own business is yet to enter a plea in his criminal case, the Middletown Press reports.
Mark Perrotta, 61, is facing a single count of first-degree larceny, the paper reports. Perrotta told police he had taken computers that belonged to the city to turn a profit, an audit that followed showed Middletown had not received more than $110,000 worth of gear it had paid for.
Perrotta settled a civil suit filed against him by his old boss earlier this month. According to the paper, his case will continue on Feb. 3.
