HADDAM, CT — State police said a Windsor Locks man was killed in a motorcycle crash Monday night in Haddam after crashing into a guardrail.According to a news release, police said Jose Maldonado, 41, was traveling northbound on Route 9 in the area of exit 9 when he lost control while negotiating a right hand curve and collided with a metal beam guardrail in the left shoulder.
