EAST HADDAM, CT — This quick-moving storm has packed quite a punch already, leaving hundreds without power in East Haddam and nearby areas.
According to Eversource, approximately 841 customers in East Haddam (17 percent) are without power as of Thursday at 9:45 a.m.
