Police Blotter: Driver Clocked at 115mph on Route 9
The following arrest information was supplied by State Police, Troop F. It does not indicate a conviction.
Thomas Falvey, 29, of 70 Woodland Road, East Haddam was arrested on 4/21/12 for reckless driving after being clocked at going 115mph on Route 9 in Deep River. Falvey was charged with operating a motor vehicle while suspended, disobeying the signal of an officer and failure to obey a stop sign.
Falvey was released on $2500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 5/7/12.
