Police Investigate Suspected Pipe Bomb in Haddam
A bomb squad is on the scene assessing the object, found in the Higganum section of town.
Workers doing routine maintenance on Beaver Meadown Road found what they think is a pipe bomb. Police are on the scene investigation, the Hartford Courant is reporting.
