Police Subdue, Arrest Haddam Man Who Pulled Out Gun in Dispute: Report

Police said officers subdued and arrested a Haddam man charged with pulling out a gun during a dispute in Wallingford.

WALLINGFORD, CT - Officers subdued and arrested a Haddam man charged with pulling out a gun during a dispute, myrecordjournal.com reported. Police said the incident occurred in a Wallingford parking lot.

Jose Garibay, 38, of Haddam is charged with drawing the firearm early Sunday morning during a dispute in a North Main Street parking lot, myrecordjournal.com reported. Police subdued the suspect after he allegedly pointed the gun in the direction of an officer, myrecordjournal.com reported. He was subsequently arrested and will appear in court later this month.
