Whether your small business is just starting, or now starting to grow, knowing your customers and how to expand your products and services are among the most important elements of growing your business incrementally. Workshop presenter Eric Munro has had an extensive career in product management and as a sales and marketing executive and will teach you the key steps in developing a successful plan that will help you identify where and how to find new customers and how to plan and develop new products and services as the next element to your business growth.

About Eric Munro

Eric is a product management, sales and marketing executive with experience in high-technology businesses, both domestically and internationally. Most recently, Eric was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a telecommunications equipment manufacturer based in Meriden, Connecticut. His career also includes consulting in business management for a division of DeVry University as well as teaching graduate MBA classes where he provided his expertise on project and strategic management.
