State Police Investigate Killingworth Car Break-Ins
Vehicles were burglarized overnight, according to police.

KILLINGWORTH, CT- State police are investigating multiple reports of cars being broken into in the Killingworth area overnight into Friday morning.
Several vehicles parked at residential homes in the area of Roast Meat Hill Road and Warwickshire Drive were reported by residents as burglarized overnight. None were reported as damaged to gain access into them, according to police.
All vehicles were reportedly gone through, with items moved around and shifted. The only items taken, however, was money, with valuable tools, electronics and other items not being taken.

Directed patrols will be conducted in the area and surrounding ones in order to prevent further break-ins. It is also hoped that these patrols will help identify the culprits.
Anyone with information on the break-ins is asked to contact police immediately.
