The Village District Committee of Deep River P&Z Invites You to Thursday's Meeting

I wanted to let everyone know about an event that will take place tomorrow night, at 7:30pm, at the Stone House of the Deep River Historical Society on South Main St. 

The Village District committee of the Deep River P&Z will present and discuss the Village District regulations that have been working on for more than a year for our town. This will be a true "Village District" with an Architectural review committee, and aims at maintaining and continuing the best features of the village of Deep River center. Much work has been done to see to it that this district will accomplish the goals and still encourage good business development. Peter Howard has been very involved as one of the leaders in this effort, and will make part of this presentation.

I hope everyone will come to hear how this process has taken place, the great features that have been identified that make the village of Deep River special, and the great objectives that are intended for this district.
