This Week in Preview

This week's upcoming town meetings and events at the public libraries include:

Monday

The East Haddam Agricultural Commision will meet at 7pm in the Town Office Annex in downtown East Haddam.

The Haddam Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at the Town Hall in Haddam at 7pm.

Tuesday

The Friends of the East Haddam Library will hold their regular meeting at 6:30pm at the East Haddam Free Public Library in Moodus.

Master gardener Claire Mathews shares the basics of composting at the Brainard Memorial Library in Haddam from 7 to 8pm.

The East Haddam Conservation Commision will meet at the Riverhouse in Haddam at 7:15pm.

At 7:30pm, the Midstate Regional Planning Agency will meet in Middletown at 100 DeKoven Drive.

Wednesday

From 6pm to 7:30pm, the East Haddam Free Public Library is holding a Teen Video Games Night for grades six through twelve.

The East Haddam Selectmen's Office will hold a public hearing to review community projects desiring to qualify for donor tax credits from the Neighborhood Assistance Act Program 2011 at the Town Meeting Hall at 7pm.

Closings

The Haddam Assessor’s Office will be closed all week for the annual Assessor’s School at UCONN from June 6, 2010 through June 10, 2011.
