On the above date, Anson Smigel, 26, of Haddam was traveling south on Turkey Hill Road in Haddam when he lost control of his vehicle, striking a tree off to the left side of the road. Smigel was issued an infraction for failure to drive in a proper lane.
On the above date, Jeffrey Mooney, 23, of Marshfield, MA was stopped on Route 9 in Haddam for traveling 110MPH in a 65 MPH zone. He was arrested and charged with reckless driving.
