3 People Charged In East Lyme Fentanyl Bust: Police

Three people were charged with drug crimes in East Lyme, according to police.

EAST LYME, CT — Three people were charged with dealing drugs in East Lyme on Friday morning, according to police. An investigation into fentanyl dealing began when police received information from residents regarding an apartment building on Boston Post Road.

Police officers observed a hand-to-hand transaction which led to a motor vehicle stop. Police seized 63 folds of suspected fentanyl and $1,000 cash.

Three people were taken into custody with bond set at $5,000 and will appear in New London Superior Court on April 27.

Kaci Armstrong, 29, of Griswold, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, possession with intent to distribute a narcotic substance, and possession of a controlled substance.

Brian Delorge, 30, of Norwich, was charged with two counts of sale of a narcotic substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony Manganaro, 44, of East Lyme, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
