4 Juveniles Accused Of Stealing Car In East Lyme: Police
A group of juveniles was arrested on accusations that they stole a car from an East Lyme condominium complex.
EAST LYME, CT — Four juveniles were arrested on accusations that they stole a car in East Lyme, according to police. The East Lyme Police Department received a report of three or four suspicious individuals wearing masks in a parking lot of The Sounds condominium complex Tuesday at about 2 a.m.
A short time later an Officer found a mirror with a parking pass discarded on a nearby roadside. A check found the owner of a vehicle which was stolen from the complex.
Several hours later police found the stolen vehicle in New Britain, and four juveniles were taken into custody by the New Britain Police Department for the theft, according to police.

Police encouraged residents to lock their vehicles and secure valuable.
"Car thieves continue to travel around that State searching for opportunities to take vehicles that are unlocked with the keys/FOBS inside," police wrote. "Please help to not make yourself a victim! Report any suspicious people and/or activity to your local Police Department!"
