LYME, CT —Lyme, East Lyme and Old Lyme added 11 new, Connecticut-formed businesses to the state rolls in June, according to the Connecticut Business Registry, maintained by the Secretary of the State's Business Services Division. Old Lyme accounted for the bulk of the filings, with seven, while Lyme and East Lyme each added two.
Lyme Pollinator Pathway, which registered June 12 at 41 Brockway's Ferry Road, filed under the state's conservation and wildlife organization classification, in keeping with the town's rural, land-conservation character. Old Lyme's filings leaned toward professional services, including Ward & Co. Strategic Holdings, AKS Social Strategies and Semper Verum, alongside Woodhouse Construction Services, a homebuilder on Bill Hill Road. In East Lyme, NMB Wellness registered as a personal-services business on Irvingdell Place, and 4 Elderkin organized as a residential rental holding company on Grassy Hill Road.
State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
