Harbor Operator Among 32 New Businesses Registered In Lyme, Old Lyme & East Lyme

LYME, CT — Thirty-two new businesses registered with the state across Lyme, Old Lyme and East Lyme in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Old Lyme led with 14 filings and East Lyme followed with 17; Lyme had just one, Tripointe LLC, a management consulting firm. The most unusual entry was Sound Mooring Services, LLC, which registered under the port and harbor operations category in East Lyme at 59 Plants Dam Road on July 15.

Old Lyme's filings included what appears to be a spelling correction: Byblyos Bio-Sciences LLC and Byblos Bio Sciences LLC both registered at the same Haywagon Drive address on July 20, under the same scientific and technical consulting category. In East Lyme, three unrelated businesses, Imladris Holdings LLC, Zelly Real Estate Holdings LLC and Solomon Veterinary Hospital LLC, all registered at the same Arbor Crossing address on July 2.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
