Pet Business Among 21 New Businesses Registered In Lyme, East Lyme & Old Lyme In August

EAST LYME, CT — Lyme, East Lyme and Old Lyme together logged 21 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry — none in Lyme, 11 in East Lyme and 10 in Old Lyme. Clothing and accessories retailers and software and IT firms were the most common categories, with two filings each.

PharmDog Wellness of East Lyme was one of the more distinctive filings — a pet business — joined by Tender Garlic, a specialty food maker and Antiquity Apparel, a clothing retailer. All 21 organized as limited liability companies.
