Blight Ordinance Possible In Old Lyme
It would give the town more power to deal with blighted properties.

OLD LYME, CT —The town is considering an ordinance to tackle the problem of blighted homes.
First Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder aspects of blight are already addressed by health and building codes, but aren't enough to address an entire property's state, according to The Day.
East Lyme recently passed a blight ordinance and Preston is considering a similar measure.
