Boats Incorporated of Niantic Bestowed the 2013 Top Worldwide Customer Satisfaction Recognition Award
Boats, Inc. of Niantic, CT earned the esteemed Gold Anchor Customer Satisfaction Award from Grady-White Boats in honor of obtaining the highest rating worldwide. The Gold Anchor Customer Satisfaction Award signifies customers surveyed have appraised and ranked Boats, Inc. as the top-scoring dealer for overall customer service and sales satisfaction from across the Grady-White dealer network. The award will be presented at the Grady-White Dealer Meeting on December 4, 2013.
