A new restaurant with both delivery and dine-in options will serve area beach communities.

OLD LYME, CT — Epic Pizza CT will be opening a location in Old Lyme. Restaurant partner Brianna Sidisin said they plan to open in late May or early June, pending final town approvals.

The brick-oven pizza sport is planned for 284 Shore Road, just minutes from Old Lyme Shores and neighboring beach communities.

The restaurant will be open daily with seasonally adjusted hours. This will include late-night pizza delivery during beach season.

"Epic Pizza CT reflects a shared commitment to intentional hospitality, ingredient awareness, and mindful dining," Sidisin told Patch.

Epic Pizza's menu "blends artisan pizza craftsmanship with occasional seasonal, Portuguese-inspired offerings—supporting a balanced, feel-good approach to casual dining," she added.

The restaurant will operate without alcohol and will feature house-made mocktails, specialty coffee, and baked goods prepared on site.

“Epic Pizza CT is about stripping things back to what really matters—good food, done well, for people who care about what they consume,” Pragosa said. “It’s also an opportunity to share pieces of my heritage in a way that feels authentic, seasonal, and nourishing.”
