The Old Lyme-Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library will host a Diary of a Wimpy Kid party in the Community Room on Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 3:45PM-5:00PM. We’re hosting a Diary of a Wimpy Kid party and you’re invited (but only if you don’t have the cheese touch). Meet other Wimpy Kids, play some hilarious games, and grab an awesome goody bag to take home! This program is best for children in grades 3-5. All materials will be provided. Need a ride? Simply indicate that your child will be taking the afterschool activity bus with the name of their school on our registration form, then send a note to your child’s homeroom teacher giving them permission to ride the After School Activity Bus (Bus “A” for students from Mile Creek and Bus “C” for students from Lyme Consolidated). An adult will greet children at the corner of Lyme Street and Library Lane and then escort them into the building for the program. Please be advised that the afterschool activity bus will stop at the Library on program days only. Also, in addition to notifying the school, parents are required to call the Library directly at (860) 434-1684 if plans change the day of a program and your child is unable to ride the bus for any reason.
