All Terrain Vehicle- Donation of $7,800

In 2008, the Public Trust Foundation donated to the Town of East Lyme. $7,800 designated to purchase an all-terrain vehicle to help with Boardwalk security and maintenance. This vehicle, which has been housed in the Support Building at Hole in the Wall Parking Lot, has helped workers transport trash barrels and other equipment needed for Boardwalk Maintenance. It is also on call for any accidents or medical emergencies that walkers may experience on the boardwalk. This donation is one of the many enhancements that the Foundation has provided to the Boardwalk.
