East Lyme Coronavirus Update: Warning Issued To Summer Residents
First Selectman Mark Nickerson said that returning summer residents may need to self-quarantine for 14 days.
EAST LYME, CT — First Selectman Mark Nickerson is warning that summer residents who return to Connecticut's shore may need to self-quarantine for 14 days, FOX 61 reported. He said in a video that there have been reports of people returning to their summer homes during the coronavirus outbreak.
Nickerson said that while summer residents valued members of the community, that "we want you to be safe, we care about you, and we care about the residents you interact with."
