EAST LYME, CT — An unknown person attempted to steal a vehicle outside a residence on Parker Drive early Monday morning, according to police.The incident happened around 5:05 a.m.According to police, the suspect was wearing distinctive clothing. Images of the suspect show the person wearing a dark puffy jacket, a hood, and dark pants with colorful patches.Anyone who can identify the person, or who has information about the attempted theft, is asked to call the police department at 860-739-5900.View all images of the suspect at the department's <a href="https://www.facebook.com/eastlymepolice/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Facebook page</a>.
