East Lyme Seniors Graduate, Incoming Freshmen Dance!
One class is saying goodbye to high school, another is saying hello and it starts with a dance on Friday.
East Lyme's commencement ceremony will be held at the High School at 6 p.m. today, but just as one class is graduating, another is preparing to enter. And for incoming freshmen, East Lyme Youth Services (ELYS) has planned something special.
On June 21, Youth Services will be holding its annual Black and White Ball for incoming freshmen. The dance will be held at East Lyme Youth Center (at the community center/library building on Society Road) from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Admission is $7 per person but attendees must bring a signed ELYS registration form. For more information call (860) 739-6788.
