Fancy Nancy Swanky Soiree
Join us for a fabulous fete (that's a fancy word for party) in the Community Room in honor of the one and only Fancy Nancy!
The Old Lyme-Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library will hold a “Fancy Nancy Swanky Soiree” on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 4:00-5:00PM. We’ll enjoy tasty treats, create whimsical wands, fashion some spectacular spectacles, put together kindness crowns and more. We’ll even include a special surprise at the end! All materials -- fancy and otherwise -- will be provided. Registration is required. This program is best suited for kids in grades K-2. Need a ride? Send a note in authorizing your child to ride the After School Activity Bus (Bus “A” for students from Mile Creek and Bus “L” for students from Lyme Consolidated). An adult will greet children at the corner of Lyme Street and Library Lane and then escort them into the building for the program. Please be advised that, in addition to notifying the school, parents are required to call the Library directly at (860) 434-1684 if plans change the day of a program and your child is unable to ride the bus for any reason.
