Halloween Treat Bag Mania

Decorate a Halloween treat bag to match your costume!

The Old Lyme-Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library will host a “Halloween Treat Bag Mania” craft event on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 4:00-5:00PM. Need a trick-or-treating bag to match your Halloween costume? Kids in grades K-5 can join Ms. Michelle in the Community Room and raid our stash of puffy paints, glitter pens, and fabric paints to create some one-of-a-kind canvas candy bags! Stick around to make some edible candy crafts while your creation dries. Light refreshments will be served. Registration is required. Visit us at oldlyme.lioninc.org and click on “Children,” then “Programs” or call the Library at (860) 434-1684 to register.

Need a ride? Send a note in authorizing your child to ride the After School Activity Bus (Bus “A” for students from Mile Creek and Bus “L” for students from Lyme Consolidated). An adult will greet children at the corner of Lyme Street and Library Lane and then escort them into the building for the program. Please be advised that, in addition to notifying the school, parents are required to call the Library directly at (860) 434-1684 if plans change the day of a program and your child is unable to ride the bus for any reason.
