Injured Niantic Woman Receives Settlement From I-95 Crash: Report
The four-vehicle crash occurred in 2014.

NIANTIC, CT — A 36-year-old Niantic woman recently received insurance settlements totaling $240,000 in connection with a 2014, four-vehicle crash on I-95 from which she suffered a herniated disc, reports the Connecticut Law Tribune.
Heather Cymbala's BMW plowed into the rear of a vehicle after her car was rear-ended by another vehicle, according to the publication.
Her attorney, Emanuele Cicchiello of Hartford-based Cicchiello & Cicchiello, reached the settlements with insurance companies four the other drivers, Liberty Mutual, State Farm and Geico.
