Jewelry Stolen In East Lyme Burglary: Police
A burglary occurred earlier this week on Grassy Hill Road in East Lyme.
EAST LYME, CT — Police are investigating following a report of a burglary in East Lyme. A caller reported that their Grassy Hill Road home had been entered at some point during the day Monday.
The resident discovered that several items of jewelry had been taken during the burglary, according to police. Police spoke to neighbors in the rural area and found that two saw a white male with dark hair and carrying a backpack which may have been khaki.
A neighbor also reported that a vehicle was parked on the side of the road with hazard lights on.
