Kenny Wayne Shepherd's 30th Anniversary Tour Celebrating Debut Ledbetter Heights at The Garde 3/11/2026

New London, CT - Kenny Wayne Shepherd's 30th Anniversary Celebration of his multi-platinum debut, Ledbetter Heights, stops at The Garde Art Center on March 11, 2026. A handful of good tickets remain at The Garde website.

KWS is a six time Grammy Award nominated artist that embodies everything a music fan wants from an edgy blues rock guitar slinger from Texas. Shepherd is more than a rocker; however. His documentary 10 Days Out: Blues from the Backroads pairs Kenny with some of the originators of the Blues in their waning years on a special tour. Kenny and I spoke about his experiences making 10 Days Out and his current frequent collaborations with 92 year old Bobby Rush. The full video of the interview may be seen here.

Kenny re-recorded Ledbetter Heights with his current vocalist, Noah Hunt who has been with the band since 1998. Its well worth purchasing the 2.0 version which demonstrates the powers of Shepherd as a more mature musician coupled with his vocalist of nearly three decades. Stay current on all things KWS at his website.
