Man Charged In East Lyme Voyeurism Incident: Police
A man was charged last week in a voyeurism case in East Lyme.
EAST LYME, CT — A man was charged last week in a voyeurism case in East Lyme, according to police. James Koloski, 75, of Newington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, and voyeurism with malice.
The voyeurism incident happened last summer at a cabin at the Cozy Nest Cottages in East Lyme, according to an arrest warrant. The victim claimed that he woke up and found Koloski was lifting his underwear and taking photos. The victim also accused Koloski of misconduct during wrestling.
Koloski was held on $100,000 bond and was scheduled to be arraigned in New London Superior Court on Friday.
