Officers responded to the reported disturbance <a href="http://www.norwichbulletin.com/news/20170205/police-taftville-man-flees-east-lyme-hotel-after-alleged-assault" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">at the Motel 6 on Flander Road</a> close to 4 a.m., according to the Norwich Bulletin. Abraham Powell, 26, fled the scene of the hotel upon officers' arrival.
