Mondays in March 2015 Essex CT 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm
The Jovial Crew (Cliff Haslam, Joseph Morneault, Tim Marth and I) present Sea Chanteys, Irish songs, drinking songs and nonsense. “The Gris” is at 36 Main Street in Essex, CT. The music starts at 8:00 pm. The fun starts as soon as you arrive. Please note that we will NOT be at the Gris on Monday the 16th, but will be there for our St. Patrick’s Day concert on Tuesday the 17th instead. Check out the Griswold Inn at www.griswoldinn.com.

7 March 2015 Saturday, Simsbury, CT 6:00 pm
The Simsbury Historical Society presents an Irish “Evening at Phelps Tavern.” Ask Your Father (Dee Kelly, Rich Kelly and myself) will present our Irish music program “Creating a National Identity: Songs of the Irish-Americans.” The evening will begin with food and tavern games around 6:00 pm. The Litchfield Historical Society presents Ask Your Father (Dee Kelly, Rich Kelly and myself) performing our program “Creating a National Identity: Songs of the Irish-Americans.” The program will take place at 7 South Street in Litchfield, CT. The society’s website is here.

The Babcock Library presents a program of “Songs From a Younger America” at 25 Pompey Hollow Road in Ashford, CT. This program will have a strong focus on songs that the audience can sing along with. The library’s website is here.

28 March 2015 Saturday, Essex, CT 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm
The Connecticut River Museum, 67 Main Street in Essex, CT presents “An Evening at the Lay House.” There will be two seatings for dinner (5:30 pm and 7:30 pm) followed by a program of drinking songs and other activities.
