Mrs. Claus Story Time & Library Tree Lighting

The Old Lyme-Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library will host a special Mrs. Claus Story Time on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 4:00-5:30PM. Cuddle up on our cozy story time mat and bring your questions about Santa, the North Pole, the reindeer, and more. Fun for families and kids of all ages, we will get into the holiday spirit with Christmas stories and songs followed by a special Library tree lighting on the portico outside. We will meet in the Community Room. Registration is required.

Need a ride? Simply indicate that your child will be taking the afterschool activity bus with the name of their school on our registration form, then send a note to your child’s homeroom teacher giving them permission to ride the After School Activity Bus (Bus “A” for students from Mile Creek and Bus “C” for students from Lyme Consolidated). An adult will greet children at the corner of Lyme Street and Library Lane and then escort them into the building for the program. Please be advised that the afterschool activity bus will stop at the Library on program days only. Also, in addition to notifying the school, parents are required to call the Library directly at (860) 434-1684 if plans change the day of a program and your child is unable to ride the bus for any reason.
