New London Man, Wanted In RI, Now Faces ELPD Drug, Weapons Charges: PD
When cops arrested Ricardo Ocasio, 39, on drug & gun charges, they found he had RI warrants, for domestic violence cases, per court records.

EAST LYME, CT —A 39-year-old New London man was arrested on drug and gun charges, police said.
Ricardo Ocasio was also found to have active warrants for his arrest from Rhode Island, according to East Lyme Police Chief Michael Finkelstein.
Tuesday, a plain clothes police officer saw Ocasio "acting in a suspicious manner" while parked in front of a Grand Avenue area house, a report shows. Once the license plate number was run, police found he had four active PRAWN warrants; those are issued by a court when a defendant fails to show up in court, per the police report. Ocasio was taken into custody without incident, police said. His car was searched and, police said, they found narcotics, drug paraphernalia and two front-firing blank firearms, the report reads.
