New Mexican Restaurant Opens In East Lyme

EAST LYME, CT — The owners of Milagro Café in Stonington have opened a new restaurant: Zavala Mexican Bistro in East Lyme, according to The New London Day. The spot was formerly occupied by Flanders Diner and Rebeka Fresh Pasta Restaurant.

Martin Zavala has operated the Stonington restaurant for the last 14 years.

The East Lyme restaurant so far is receiving positive marks and has a 4.5 out 5 star rating on Yelp. It is open Monday through Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m.
