Niantic Man Dies After Fall At Madison Square Garden In New York

The father of two children died after falling about 150 feet while attending a concert.

NEW YORK, NY — A Nantic man, Paul Kueker, 51, died after falling from the upper deck at Madison Square Garden during the Goose concert on Saturday night, according to media reports.

He died at a local hospital after the fall from the 300 section, WFSB 3 TV reports.

On their Facebook page, the rock band wrote that they are “deeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of the tragic event that occurred.”

"Thank you to the emergency personnel and venue staff who stepped in with care and support," the band wrote.

The New York Post reports that Kueker was married and had two children. He fell about 150 feet, the publication reported, around 10 p.m.

Kueker’s mother, Patricia Finelli, told the New York Post, that “He was the greatest kid in the whole wide world."
