NIANTIC, CT — A Niantic resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Niantic earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 22, Stanley Porucznik, of Niantic, purchased a Cash 5 ticket from the Pennsylvania Ave Gas LLC in Niantic and won $100,000.
