OLD LYME, CT — Old Lyme saves all its open houses for Sunday this weekend, and the lineup has range. One home comes with access to two secluded sandy beaches on Long Island Sound through its private beach association. Two are brand-new modern farmhouses, one of them a single-level home at the end of a private drive on more than 13 acres next to protected open space. Rounding it out are a Gambrel Colonial with a fireplace in its eat-in kitchen and a cul-de-sac raised ranch with room for an in-law suite.

Five Old Lyme homes are holding open houses Sunday, Sept. 27, with prices from $549,900 to $1,899,999, according to Zillow.com.

41-1 Whippoorwill Road, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. — $1,899,999. This newly built, single-level modern farmhouse blends clean contemporary design with New England warmth.
